MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES
From everyday insulating glass to oversized units and custom shapes, T.C. IG combines production capacity, material choice and careful quality control around the needs of window and door professionals.
Two insulating glass machines support production of up to 900 units per day. Custom shapes and arches are available, and glass handling capabilities extend up to 96 × 144 inches. Tempered glass is sourced through qualified outside suppliers.
T.C. IG’s normal turnaround is five working days. Same-day rush production may be available for qualifying orders received before 11:00 a.m.; availability is confirmed when the order is reviewed.
Every unit receives a visual inspection, while desiccant and sealant are checked daily. Every order is barcode tracked and connected to its batch and production-date records for dependable traceability.

Argon-filled units are produced to a 90% fill level. T.C. IG is IGMAC certified and supports customers with specification sheets, performance charts and product brochures upon request.
Glass is available from Cardinal, Pilkington, Guardian and Vitro, with component systems from Technoform, Quanex and Tremco. Stocked choices include grey, bronze, green, blue and reflective glass.
Choose from Technoform spacer systems in white, grey and black; Super Spacer options in matching colours; or aluminum spacers in mill finish and bronze anodized finishes.
T.C. IG can arrange delivery throughout Ontario based on destination and truckload scheduling. Contact the team with your location, quantity and required date so delivery options can be confirmed.

T.C. IG’s 10-year warranty covers replacement of the sealed unit. Installation labour and delivery expenses are not included.
